ISO+TL CERTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

(CSI) hereby proudly announces to all its valued customers and the general public as well that effective December 12, 2008, it is officially recognized as ISO 9001:2000 + TL 9000 Certified by the Accreditation Body, ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The journey towards its certification took a little less than two (2) years.

The ISO 9001 Scope of Registration is "Repair and service of Digital Set-Top Boxes, Modems, and Head End Equipment" while the TL 9000 Scope is "Repair and service of digital Set-Top Boxes, Modems, and Head End Equipment # 7.4 Product Category (Repair Service)."

The Registrar Company Name is "SAI Global/QMI-SAI Global".
