Since 1991, CSI has devoted all its resources to providing the most advanced broadband solution possible to its customers. Since the beginning, emphasis was put on customer satisfaction and continual improvement while administering quality control. CSI has successfully developed and marketed innovative solutions enabling customers to increase their profits and maintain their competitiveness in the ever growing quadruple play communications industry.

With growth comes change. The explosive growth of broadband industries has led us to address the markets’ wants and needs resulting in our own growth and the introduction of new products and services. Our name has changed from CableTV Technology Inc. to the CableShoppe Inc. to better reflect our new market position. Just recently, in 2007, we opened our new Branch Office in Surrey, British Columbia to better serve all our customers in western Canada.

CSI is based in Toronto, Ontario, the nation’s commercial hub and home to major TV networks and several broadband service providers. With affiliate branches in all parts of North, Central and South America, our Toronto office currently conducts business throughout the Americas and services these customers utilizing a large network of suppliers in China, South Korea, Taiwan and other Far Eastern countries.

Since our establishment, we have been providing repair, service, sales, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), custom manufacturing, engineering and distribution of broadband products for the industrial and retail industry. We are currently performing these services for most of Canada’s leading cable providers, with other broadband organizations (including Satellite, DSL and Wireless Broadband Providers and Manufacturers) making up the remainder of our customer base.

Work done at our Service Centre in Toronto currently includes the In- and Out-of-Warranty servicing of broadband modems, set-top boxes, remote controls, analog converters, headend and distribution equipment. In addition, as the Canadian distributor for major manufacturers, we currently provide logistical support to Multiple System Operators (MSOs) and even offer just-in-time delivery of products imported to Canada.

Our success and growth are the results of the high level of quality we have provided to our customers and the long-term relationships we have maintained with them over the years. It is our goal to work with our customers, both old and new, and to continue growing and improving the products and services that they have come to rely on CSI.
